Replace the text “Every rule existing in the Blognomic ruleset is considered implicit in each Faction’s Ruleset, even if not written on it.” in rule 2.2 Factions with “Every rule in Sections 1 and 3 are considered implicit in each Faction’s Ruleset with “Blognomic” replaced with the name of that Faction throughout, even if a Faction’s rule states otherwise. All Citizens of every Faction must obey all rules in Section 2 of the Blognomic Ruleset.”

The whole “factions within factions” thing is totally bogus anyway. Add to that the ridiculous encryption stuff that I really have no time for, and this whole dynasty has become more tiresome than it’s worth.
