In the Rule entitled “Cookies”, change the text

As a weekly action, if a Breeder has less than 30 Cookies, that Breeder may set their Cookies to 30.

to

As a weekly action, if a Breeder has less than 20 Cookies, that Breeder may set their Cookies to 20.  As a separate weekly action, each Breeder may increase their Cookies by 10.

the idea is the minimum each week someone would have is 30 (20 base + 10 weekly) but one that hasn’t spent cookies can slowly, by 10, increase their cookie stash.

I’d rather have something like interest (ie. you gain 10% of your current cookies each week or something like that) otherwise, saving cookies is too slow, and people that gain cookies with battles also have a better payoff

for Weekly actions are better for income things like this, because it doesn’t punish people who don’t remember to do it every day.
