Create a new Yellow rule, “This rule does not exist”:
Any Citizen may repeal this rule.
Because I’m interested in which way people will vote. And how they react.

This is outrageous. We can’t just let anyone repeal a rule whenever they want. Even the limit to Yellow or lower Citizens doesn’t help, it’ll just turn into a race to be the first to take action.
