Proposal: Victory Condition

Passes 6-3, we should alter the number to 1 or 2 soon. - Qwazukee

Add a new rule called “Groundhog Victory”:

If any Bill Murray has accomplished 999,999,999,999,999 Good Deeds, they have achieved victory.

The high number is to prevent premature victories.

Gah, what’s the point of doing this rule if it’s so ridiculously high.

Euler: we lower it later.

I think three would be a good number. However, I think we should also limit the maximum number of steps that a good deed may have.

There was supposed to be a 20 Step limit, but I forgot to put that in.

against I don’t really see the difference between making a proposal to change the number, compared to repeating the proposal but having a different number at a later point in time. This way just allows scams a bit easier.
