Create a new dynastic rule called “The Way to Wales”, with the following text:
Each Bill Murray has a Location, which can be any sovereign state recognized by the United Nations. As a daily action, Bill Murray may change their Location to any sovereign state within 100 miles of any border or coast of their current Location.
A Bill Murray can “Go to Wales” by having a Location of the United Kingdom.
The Location of a Bill Murray shall initially be set to the United States of America.
To complete Step 8 of Save the Whales.
