Proposal: What are we tourising?

If the Proposal titled “I’m on a Boat” failed, this Proposal does nothing.


Create a new rule called “The Island” with the text:

Any Tourist who Boat Statistic is set to No may, as a weekly action attempt to take a tour of the island.  To do this they roll 1DICE20.  If the result is higher than their current tourism then their tourism is increased by 1, if the result is lower than their tourism, then the Tourist has seen no new aspects of the island and their stress is increased by 1.
