Add a rule reading as follows: “Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the ruleset, no Voter’s Ballot may have a value equal to that Voter’s own name.”
Because it would be boring for everyone to simply vote for themselves.

Because the existing dynastic rule isn’t even numbered or captioned (and I didn’t know whether this would change before my proposal is adminned), so this is a brute force way of addressing that.

I enjoy that the previous use of this proposal title was also from Spike. Maybe one day you’ll get an answer.

@Kevan: the only plausible answer I’ve seen comes from Suber himself, who suggested that the only solution to the paradox was that the barber was female, and thus didn’t need her beard shaving.
