Proposal: Why won’t you love me any more?

Passes 9-1. - Qwazukee

Create a new sub-rule, “Failure brings Anger” under rule “Infectious Anger”:

Whenever a Proposal is failed or vetoed, the author of that Proposal may once, within a period of 24 hours, increase their Rage by X; where X is the number of valid FOR and DEFERENTIAL votes on that Proposal.

for This is probably about as arthexisy of a proposal as has a chance of passing under the current game custom of BlogNomic, I suspect.

for  Careful reading of the definitions of the votes might be required.

I like it, though not the VETO part.  Especially with the veto rules as they stand.

for  ais: arthexian proposals will pretty much always get passed under my leadership. He’s good at writing rules.

@Darth: by “arthexisy” I was referring to the sort of proposal which attempts to mess with the mechanics of voting or proposal enactment; they’re very common at other nomics, but kind-of rare here at BlogNomic.

Needs work. Within 24 hours following what?

Qwazukee:

Within 24 hours of “whenever a proposal is failed or vetoed.”

That’s one possible interpretation, but it’s not the only one.

I’m also all in favour of mechancis that change the mechanics of the game.
