Reword the subrule “Factory Repaired!” to:-
The Foreman would like it to be known that he wishes the end of the Dynasty to be connected to the repair of the final Machine.
Looks like the Emperor vetoed a popular catastrophic-endgame fix over the weekend for flavour reasons. It’s good to have veto-strength personal preferences written down, so here we go.

Yes, a meta condition that a majority of your players were in favour of removing.
I didn’t want to leap in and replace it with a new victory condition, because my ability to write a popular and watertight victory condition is unrelated to whether or not eleven people want to build a game on top of a “if somebody makes a particular mistake, the game ends” detonator. I don’t see any harm in repealing this and adding a victory condition a little later.
