Once upon a time there was a Captain called Bort,
Whose most noticable feature was a massive wart,
You could’ve called him quite barmy
Add the following to the end of the rule “Armyâ€.
A Captain may only change size of eir army if e is currently located at Port.
I’m not sure I like this, since it prevents any changing of your army size outside the port. We might institute other methods beside simply hiring and firing.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
