DoV Failure

Yes, Excalabur’s DoV has been failed.  However, I’d just like to make sure everyone realies that we are still in Hiatus until all CfJs are dealt with.  No funny stuff :o

And that was at least the THIRD time that that CfJ has been incorrectly adminned. 

We are in hiatus until at least 3rd december at 08:38PM GMT.  CfJs cannot fail until four full days have passed.

I thought that a DoV could not fail while there were pending CfJ’s?  Why has it been failed?
