This post is currently here to remind me to fill it out. I had some serious reflections on things we need to do with certain admin permissions and teaching admins more effectively, but about half an hour’s work typing was erased as I was making some finishing touches thanks to pressing backspace and going back a page rather than deleting a character. : |. I’ll fill it back out in a simplified form in a day or two. Don’t have time now.

How does one become an admin, and what responsibilities does an admin undertake when they request said adminship?
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
