Proposal: Restaurants Managers Little Helper

Timed out 2 votes to 3. Failed by Kevan.

Adminned at 24 Apr 2015 09:37:52 UTC

From the Rule “Review”, replace

When the Restaurant Manager posts a Review, if any Cooks used Consumable Equipment in their Recipes, those Consumable Equipments are removed from those Cooks.

with

If a Cook posts a comment that seems to be a Recipe but is not, for example including a name and a list of ingredients and no one has already done so, any Cook or the Restaurant Manager should point that fact out in a comment to that Blogpost.

Removing unnecessary Consumables and adding a little helper for irregularities.

against Seems odd and perhaps a little pointless to have the ruleset encouraging us to point out other people’s mistakes, while the gameplay itself largely discourages it (if I spot a mistake and say nothing, it means the Cook can’t outscore me in that Review).

Oh well, I just have to be very careful while Reviewing.

You could ask players to point out mistakes via private message, if we had your word that you wouldn’t then point them out publicly.

Hereby done:

Please point out to me via PM if you find a faulty Recipe. I won’t disclose that information to other Cooks until after the relevant Review, although if I spot a mistake myself, I might point that out publicly.

I won’t disclose any information via PM to anyone unless told to by the rules.
