Proposal: Town Meeting: The Coming of the Archbishop

Rising early, the newcomer BobTHJ walks through the streets of the small village to the town hall. “Greetings Zhandorfians, in the name of the holy church!” He calls in a loud voice. “I come here under the authority of the Most High to put and end to these murders and bring the culprit to justice! Those who comply with my investigation shall surely be blessed.” Pulling back his holy robes he reveals his hairless back. “Let it be known that I can be trusted.”
BobTHJ’s occupation becomes “Archbishop”.
The recently deceased Mayor can confirm that my back is hairless. I will gladly share any and all information I uncover during my investigations with those who vote for this proposal.
BobTHF is fine with me. I’d rather not see another nomination system.
