I’d like to point out that no where in the ruleset does it say it needs to be two consecutive days. This actually doesn’t change anything, because the counter was set to 10 on June 6th, and you guys have managed a proposal every day other than the 12th and 13th—but its not that 48 hours ticked away, its that 24 hours ticked away twice.
