Proposal: Welcome to Wales!

Create a new dynastic rule called “The Way to Wales”, with the following text:

Each Bill Murray has a Location, which can be any sovereign state recognized by the United Nations. As a daily action,  Bill Murray may change their Location to any sovereign state within 100 miles of any border or coast of their current Location.

A Bill Murray can “Go to Wales” by having a Location of the United Kingdom.

The Location of a Bill Murray shall initially be set to the United States of America.

To complete Step 8 of Save the Whales.

Also, the “of America” part is there to prevent people from scamming on the fact that there are other “United States” in the world. For example, the United Mexican States.
