Out of nowhere, all the text befor “Proposal: Imports” was turned italic? Is this part of a sceme to make all rules ineffectual?

Even the comment symbols other than this one are italic!

Everything before January seems fine.

You have an extra HTML italic tag in Proposal:Imports that is never closed.  As a result, it italicizes everything after it in the page’s HTML.  A quick edit will fix the issue.
