Proposal: All or Nothing

Can’t be enacted without a change of vote, with six votes AGAINST. Failed by Kevan.

In the list in Rule 2.8, replace “All Agents in the list have the same Allegiance.” with:-

All Agents in the list have the same Allegiance, and the listed Agents are the only Agents to hold this Allegiance.

Maybe a Final Report should have to list all the members of an Allegiance…
