Proposal: Friendship Discount

Add a new Subrule to the Rule entitled “Team Politics”.  Call it “Friendly Visit [3 Points]” and give it the following text:

As a weekly action, a Player may change their Team to any Team that is Friendly with their current Team.

Differences from the general rule:
(1)Only allows you to switch to friendly teams
(2)Cheaper
(3)Allows you to enter a depopulated team
(4)No bonus to your new teammates (result of 2)
