History Question

Does anyone still have the second GNO encryption method? I’m trying to compile the last Meta’s history, but I don’t still have it, so I can’t read those Proposals.

Convert the number to hexadecimal, then interpret as ASCII

That’s made up. Each one had its own encryptin, based on the 1st method and a new sie which used passwords. It was very confusing.
