Interpretation

Proposal: Ruleset amendments says “Therefore I propose the following: ... That new glossary items are proposed for the terms Dynasties, Hiatus and Metadynasty.”

I say that this clause does nothing.  Proposals are governed by the Ruleset, and the Ruleset says that Proposals are made by people, not by other Proposals.  Therefore clause 2 did not perform a legal action, therefore it does nothing.  If anyone objects, this seems to be a CfJ situation.

What can I say? I’m new here.

Seriously, though, I don’t know the ins and outs of everything.

I’m almost tempted to idle and sit this round out so I can learn from a distance, but at the same time I know the only way to learn is to get involved. So I won’t.

If it proves to be an illegal action, then my bad.

no, no, not illegal.  Just doesn’t really do anything, since it doesn’t compel someone to make a proposal, and only people can make.

Don’t worry about it. . .
