Proposal: Let’s do it again

This was proposed five days ago. It passes.—Clucky

Add a new subrule to Rule 2.2.  Call it “Public Image” and give it the following text:

Whenever a Proposal by a Candidate passes with fewer than two AGAINST votes, the Candidate who proposed it gains one Supporter for every FOR vote on that Proposal.  Whenever a Proposal by a Candidate fails with fewer than three FOR votes, the Candidate who proposed it loses one Supporter for every AGAINST vote on that Proposal.

against Set it up so that proposers MAY increase their own supporters instead of the one enacting the proposal being forced to change it.

Other than that I’m good for it.
