In the rule “Skills” add the following to the list of available skills:
Bureaucrat
Amend the line that reads:
An Earthling’s Skills are tracked in the GNDT column “Skills”, each copy of a Skill being represented by the first letter of that Skill.
so that it reads:
An Earthling’s Skills are tracked in the GNDT column “Skills”, each copy of a Skill being represented by the first letter of that Skill, except for Bureaucrat, which is represented by its second letter.

@Kev: Not to say that’s not true but my recall of the show had him doing paperwork on just about everything else. Heck, that even involved a form based on a co-workers date as a teen lol. But its your vote. Just stating my view.

because Accountancy is close enough and we don’t want too many skills, or else the game state will simply become overloaded with them and they will not be useful.
