Proposal: Performance

If the Proposal titled “Sometimes it’s better to just get things moving” failed, this Proposal does nothing.

Create a rule with the title Performance

Each Staff Member has an integer value called ‘Performance’ tracked in GNDT. Any new Staff Members receive a performance of 5. The Writer may not have a value for performance.

Give all Staff Members except the writer a performance of 5.

This is intended to be one of the things you’d use to know whether or not you can change to a different job.
