I don’t think it’s legal, though, as I said on the Slack channel: “BLAGNOMIC” isn’t a “string of two or more capital letters which appears in the “Prefix” column” as the rule requires (the string doesn’t appear), it’s a “string of two or more capital letters which appear in the “Prefix” column” (the letters appear).
