Adds two Imperial Styles under the option “Attitude to Scams”
- Scam-Gradual (Scam-Averse for the first week, then Scam-Mundane afterwards)
- No-Scam-until-Victory (Scam-Averse until there is a way for players to achieve victory, then Scam-Mundane afterwards)
I have no issue with giving emperors more official options
