Replace the final paragraph of “Government” with:-

As a daily communal action which is also an Atomic Action, and which may only be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, a Councillor may call an Election by:

• If a single Party is supported by more Constituencies than every other Party, then updating the Government to be that Party.
• Increasing the Power of all Senior Councillors of the Government Party by 1.
• Posting a blog entry announcing which Party each Constituency Supports, which Party is now in Government, and which Councillors gained Power from this Election.

If a Councillor has 5 or more Power, and more Power than every other Councillor, then they have achieved victory.

Rename “Will and Momentum” to “Will, Power and Momentum”, and add to the first paragraph:-

Each Councillor has an amount of Power, a number tracked in the GNDT which defaults to zero.

To “Party Lines”, add:-

If a Councillor has the highest or joint-highest Will in their Party, that Councillor is Senior; otherwise they are Junior.
