Proposal: How to get more Guesses

Append the following to Rule 2.2, “Guessing”:

Each time a player’s proposal to change the rules passes, that player gains one Guess.

Wow, that’s a lot of guesses. There should at least be some sort of “trivial” thing to keep the guesses in check.

A different way to get more guesses would be better, in my opinion.

agreed. Guesses shouldn’t be that easy to get.

Perhaps instead, each proposal that Arth deems “Hot”.

Perhaps instead of just passed proposals, passed proposals that have gotten a certain rating from Arthexis? Only Hot proposals get you a guess? This let’s Arth keep the number of guesses in check to some extent, while still allowing us to get guesses by being on the right track.
