Slight rewording

Add the following rule:

 
Popularity:
Each Olympian has a “Popularity” which is a whole number between -10 and 10.
An Olympian with a Popularity of -7 or below is called “Infamous”.
An Olympian with a Popularity of -3 or below is called “Unpopular”.
An Olympian with a Popularity of 3 or above is called “Popular”.
An Olympian with a Popularity of 7 or above is called “Star”.
New Olympians start with a popularity of 1.

Add a column to the GNDT tracking Popularity, initialized to 1
