This photograph satisfies my first, second and third Private Criteria. I gain 5 score from this.

How did you gain any Score from this?

So far by my count, you have 0 Unsatisfying Count on any of your Private Criteria. It could be implied that you have 1 Unsatisfying on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd from Snisbo’s Snap 002, but you didn’t declare it as such, and the rule says:

stating which of their own Private Criteria that Shot satisfies and does not satisfy.

Ah, I thought it was implicit, but I guess you’re right and it could just be read as an incomplete comment where I’m declining to say whether it meets the others. So I’ll repost:

This photograph satisfies my first, second and third Private Criteria, but does not satisfy my fourth or fifth. I gain 5 score from this.

You can’t “repost” such a comment, as far as I can tell (emphasis below):

each Seeker (including the poster) may at most once respond to it stating which of their own Private Criteria that Shot satisfies and does not satisfy

My first comments failed to state the “and does not satisfy”, though, so I hadn’t legally taken that action once yet.

Ok, that’s fair.

This photograph does not satisfy my 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Private Criteria.

Just as note, but I don’t think you have to declare your Score, though there’s certainly nothing preventing it either. I took the route of indicating my Score increases in the gamestate edit comments.

This Snap satisfies neither my 1st nor 2nd Private Criteria.

This satisfies my PC 1 & 4, does not satisfy 2, 3, 5. I score 3 for this.
