“Proposals which would change the text of a Core, Special Case or Appendix rule if enacted cannot be Popular on this basis.”

As Devil’s Hands did not get a quorum of FOR votes and changed core rules, it was unpopular under the “It has been open for voting for at least 48 hours and it is not Popular.” clause.

As a result, neither Jumble or SupernovaStarbright goes idle yet because both have posted within the last 7 days.

I’ve disagreed with your interpretations of the rules on a couple occasions but I’ve always tried to be civil. Not sure what you’ve got against me but I’m just trying to have fun and play the game so could you just lay off? Please?

I personally have not found your behavior to me to be very civil. but also don’t want to derail the game any further with unnecessary squabbles so I’m not gonna dwell on anything further. I guess Redtara was already aware of the rule change from Discord discussion and forgot, here, but “please take a minute” seemed fine, we have a specific wiki page for that kind of minute, for returning players.
