Add the following rule to the Dynastic Rules, titled Perusing:
Once per Trading Day during the Prep Phase, a Truck may Peruse the Menu of another Truck as a virtual action by privately informing the Yard that they are taking a Perusing Action and naming the Truck to Peruse. When a Truck performs a Perusal, their Menu size for that Trading Day is reduced by one.
Upon receiving the Perusal request, the Yard must privately inform the Perusing Truck of the named Truck’s full Menu (including all Dishes, ingredients, and prices) as it exists at the time of the Perusal.
With so many meal combinations it is pretty difficult to have any sort of competition going on. By checking out a neighboring Truck’s Menu thematically it makes sense that you would have less time to make a Dish on your Menu.
