Remove the following text from the rule “Trading Day”:

Create a new rule, called “Closed Actions”, with the following text:
A Closed Action is an action that can only be done in the Serve phase by a Truck with an Operating Status of Closed. A Closed Truck may perform no more than one Closed Action per Trading Day. The following is a list of Closed Actions and their effects:
* New Hire: During the next Trading Day, the Truck that performed this action may have up to seven Dishes in their Menu instead of five.
* Marketing: During the next Trading Day, the Customers list will not be considered Bustling until there are at least 3 more Customers than Trucks.
* Food Handler Certification: During the next Trading Day, the Truck that performed this action will gain a bonus of 2 Dollars for each Sale that they perform.
The numbers (one Closed Action per Trading Day, 2 Dollars per Sale, etc) can be changed if we decide that the balance is off. I’m not particularly set on them.
Should probably also say that I can’t end the Night until the Closed Trucks have chosen what they want to do - this shouldn’t be a subgame where they have to be awake and alert in my timezone to catch the Serving window before I close it.
