Story Post: Reductive Radioactive Blast Missile

The ultimate in non-lethal solutions to war. Don’t kill your enemies - just shrink them! Guaranteed to scale down biological life forms to at least one-tenth their original size. CAUTION: Lingering radiation in the blast area will continue to produce effects for the next 10,000 years +/- 100 years. Subjects entering the blast area after detonation should wear appropriate shielding and spend no more than 3 days in the area.

Score 4. Shrinking your enemies and then blasting them feels redundant - you could just blast them - but I suppose it’s a good way of making nuclear damage extremely localised.
