Actually, a mild CoV as this assumes that the inactive outlier player will never choose to go idle, and we shouldn’t be building a ruleset to reinforce that. (My fault, I suggested this wording on Discord.)
To be fair, the outlier player in this case is not inactive at all, just perhaps not as talented in the Acronym-building business as the other players.
