Not just a bad idea to implement but of questionable feasibility.
Score 2. Three days to get clear of the radiation while shrunk still sounds pretty lethal.
Score 4. Shrinking your enemies and then blasting them feels redundant - you could just blast them - but I suppose it’s a good way of making nuclear damage extremely localised.
