It is currently 1am where I am, so I will hit the sheets for now. I will be on IRC from around 1300 UTC tomorrow while writing the AA and initial proposals. It would be great to have as many people there for input - I plan to send everything out by around 1600 UTC.

As for my idea for the dynasty, in short, from IRC:

<southpointingchariot> basically, the concept involves having several plots that are auctioned off every X days
<southpointingchariot> each player sends the emeperor a message stating their bid on each plot
<southpointingchariot> highest bid gets it
<southpointingchariot> tie, noone gets it
<southpointingchariot> when you win a plot
<southpointingchariot> it either gives you more chips to bid with
<southpointingchariot> gets you some form of victory points
<southpointingchariot> or allows you to manipulate the next auction
<southpointingchariot> the theme:
<southpointingchariot> science-fiction/space opera
<southpointingchariot> the players are administrators of a space colony, when the feed back to the home planet goes dark
<southpointingchariot> now they have to compete with eachother to take control of the colony
