I dunno, this one at least says “Create a thingy” directly before the text that’s supposed to be in the thingy.

We’ve certainly passed rules before that said

Actually, it can retroactively do things when shoulders, now, this works, i swear, maybe is enacted.  It’s like a ticking time bomb. 

On a related note, I’ll leave this here for future reference to all:

There are private messages available on the system, under my account -> Private messages which can be sent to anyone whose handle you know.

And the last note, in the “I’m talking to myself like I’m crazy” this I’ve got going on here, I vetoed it as it’s results are duplicated more clearly by a more recent proposal.
