Proposal: Request to join Underdog Free Trade Association (UFTA)

Lunaetic Homeland cordially requests acceptance into the UFTA.
Lunaetic Homeland believes that it fits the implied requirements of UFTA, since it is clearly an underdog.

You don’t have to put ‘proposal:’ in front of the request, since it isn’t a proposal by the ruleset. Keep in mind that, once you do post a proposal, you’re expected to make a post in the category ‘proposal’ instead. I walked right into that one, myself.

heh.  given that the OFTA no longer exists (well, Jamuraa’s in it by himself..) you hardly need to team up on the poor guy.
