To “Piratical Tales”, add:-

Ever the braggart, the Pirate cannot resist offering occasional, hubristic clues to the Hunters. As a weekly action, the Pirate should make a blog post containing three Tales of value 1, two Tales of value 2 and one Tale of value 3. For the purpose of resolving random Tales under this rule, a feature is only interesting if the Pirate has never named it to any Hunter before in a Tale.

Note: This is a really large info dump; it’s likely to simultaneously give several hunters winning information at once.

Is it? It eliminates a row of 5 Islands, three more Islands, and 1/7th of Landmarks. That still leaves around 45 Landmarks across 17 Islands which could hold the Hoard. There’s no way that even a single player has eliminated that many Landmarks already.

Or do you mean “eventually”, if the dynasty runs for four more weeks and nobody makes the Pirate drunk and nothing else changes?

An actual note on the Proposal should probably be that the last sentence kinda breaks the current way interestingness works, as it applies to the whole rule, which is the only place such is defined. That said,

for Because it doesn’t seem that much, and, if it is, I can just not do it, even though I’m recommended to.

Ah, good point, I started it as a subrule then changed my mind.
