Any Olympian who has just joined or become unidle (if e was idle before the previous Sunday) shall not be subject to this rule the first Sunday after e joins/becomes unidle.

It’s a mild annoyance, but non-official posts can’t be edited into official posts (such as proposals) five minutes after they’ve been made.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

This is very good, but it isn’t a proposal… here’s how to make it one:
1. Make a new post with the exact same text.
2. Click on the Categories tab in ExpressionEngine.
3. Click Proposal so that it becomes highlighted.
4. Submit the post.
You don’t need to type “Proposal:” in the title; It is automatically added when that category is chosen.
