If any Step to a Good Deed exists with the text “Achieve Victory,” change that text to “Achieve Something Else.”
Since the way to achieve victory is through completing Good Deeds, and in order to complete a Good Deed you need to finish all of the Steps, having a Step “Achieve Victory” makes that Deed absolutely pointless (and completely un-achievable). Please stop making Steps like that.

I was planning to mess up the dynasty to the point where everyone hates it like they did yuri’s and they vote me to become emperor. Oh well.
