In “2.5 Navigation” it says:

When a Time Buddha is directed to navigate to a Dynasty, they shall select a Dynasty to be the Reference Point (unless one was already specified) and roll DICEX, where X is the number of ‘O’ and ‘X’ characters appearing in their Time Machine’s Precision Matrix.”

It says a Time Buddha has to be directed. Does that mean someone has to tell me to make a link or can I do it myself?

You can do it yourself, directed by the rules.

You didn’t say which dynasties you linked… And the second reference point is 99, right? You could have changed it to adjacent Dynasty..

And you have to mark the link on the Hystorical Dynasties page… Or request someone to do it if you don’t have a wiki password.
