Under the rule “The Threshold”, add a sentence at the end of the first line that mentions “Endgame Wordsmiths”:
The Endgame Wordsmiths list shall exist if and only if the game is either in a state of Endgame or the dynastic action “Endgame Transition” is being performed. While it exists, it shall be publicly tracked.
Also, to normalize the grammar, replace the one instance of “Endgame Wordsmith list” with “Endgame Wordsmiths list”.
I think this should be enough to clear up the orphan variable issue, since it will then have “a location in which it’s tracked”.
Good to see a new player’s approach to fixing something, a piece of gamestate only existing when it’s required is a neat idea.
