In the rule “No Private Communication”, replace the text “disclosing what information was discussed” with “containing a full transcript of the discussion”.
As Josh said, let’s not dance around the requirement. Either it’s the full text or it can be a generic summation.
i feel like if you’re going into sign language territory to evade this rule; i’d throw a CfJ Fair Play at you. this should be enough to cover nearly all cases happening w/in BN context.
I’m definitely not going to try to tackle what “communication” means. If you want to go down that road, that’s a whole separate discussion.
I prefer generalities not because I plan on abusing it, but because I know I would not always be necessarily comfortable sharing a private conversation
Some leeway to summarise seems fair, when this rule is usually going to be triggered as a result of a player forgetting where they were speaking, and possibly saying something in a way that they wouldn’t to the group.
Perhaps we could require a transcript, but allow the player to clearly redact or summarise any aspects that they honestly don’t see as being relevant to gameplay.
