Add to rule 2.3.2 (Training)

An Olympian can never have more training points than twice the average of eir attributes.

If at any time any tp changing effect would cause them to do so, then eir lowest attribute will be increased by 1 point automatically (in the event of a tie, the atribute listed first takes precidence), and the appropriate amount of TP deducted as if they had just trained that attribute.  This process is repeated untill they no longer exceed eir limit.

Any olympian who currently exceeds eir limit will have eir TP spent as if their TP had just changed when this proposal passes
