If the Proposal titled “The Store again” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Add the following text to rule 2.4:
Mr. Auction:Mr. Auction guards the Store. Eir Epebial Power is 10+(B*10)+P, where B is the number of times e has been defeated.
Change rule 2.17 to say:
Whenever a Gostak defeats Mr. Auction, the cost of the first effect in the store is reduced by |100.
The point of this rule is to speed up the end of this Dynasty, as it seems to have gone on too long.
