Add the following to the rule “The Clock” as a subrule titled “Surveillance Systems”:

Every Dynastic Action and Dynastic Proposal that has happened since the time prior to the second to last activation of the atomic action in the rule “The Clock” (if there is not one, consider it to have happened at the beginning of the dynasty) and the most recent activation of the atomic action in the rule “The Clock” is considered to be a Significant Event.

As long as it has not been done since the last time that the atomic action in the rule “The Clock” has been performed and that atomic action has been performed at least once this dynasty, any Citizen may choose to post a story post titled “Camera Feed N”, where N is the number of Camera Feeds that have been posted plus 1. A Camera Feed should be a summary of posts and actions that are currently Significant Events. As a Camera Feed does not affect the state of the game, it does not need to have every Significant Event, however all Significant Events that it does include should be reported in a way that does not misinterpret those Significant Events.

If multiple Camera Feeds are posted with the same title, then all but the one which was posted first chronologically should be deleted. If it is impossible to tell which one came first, it is decided randomly among the ones which are tied which one is deleted.
