In “Granting Favours”, append the following:
The list of Favours each player has is tracked in the wikipage Favours.
It’s an orphan variable! Now it won’t be after this proposal!

the Dynastic Tracking special case rule states “Unless otherwise stated, all publicly tracked gamestate information is tracked on [the gamestate tracking page]”, don’t they? i see josh’s recent proposal– is the thing the Favours rule is missing a direct statement that “Favours are publically tracked”?
also, if Favours get moved to their own wiki page, shouldn’t the clause in Lasting Favours about copying Favour tracking data over to the new wiki page also be removed? it feels simpler to just add them to the main gamestate page :0
We had some discussion about this in the slack - the issues come about if there is no new gamestate page, if the next emperor chooses not to have any gamestate tracking, and also what happens during an interregnum, when there is no legal gamestate tracking.
And yes, the phrase “Favours are publicly tracked” would have got us most of the way there, although there would still have been issues with the handover of data when there was no clear dynastic tracking page. Sorry, I should have picked that up when you asked me to cast an eye over it initially.
