Add to rule 2.2:
Commoners can transfer their own inventions to other Commoners, at will.

A commoner can’t invent if they have 3 inventions, so this means that you could toss an invention to someone else to disadvantage them.
Indeed you could, although that would be an almost pointless tactic. In that kind of scenario, the commoner in question would pass the invention back (or to someone else) before proceeding with their own inventing.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
